This is a small pack of dried mushroom flakes. Just boil for 5 minutes or let sit in hot water for 30 minutes. It will soften up. After it softens, remove the water and break up the noodles into smaller pieces. Use as a pasta replacement in your soups, stir frys and salads.
The flavor is neutral so it will blend with anything. Compared to shirataki 'magic noodles', this noodle is sturdier and better suited for stir frys. The texture has the bite of regular pasta and can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week in a sealed container.
